1. Accepting these terms

By downloading, installing or using Twarita, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them. You must be 18 or older to use Twarita. Twarita is a product of Trezoriq ("Trezoriq", "we", "us"), founded by Tejoram Veeramachaneni and based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

2. What Twarita is

Twarita is software you run on your own computer or your own server. It uses an AI provider you choose to work on tasks for you, and asks for your approval before risky actions, as set out in your safety settings. We don't run it for you and we don't hold your data (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Your responsibilities

• What you approve is your action. When you approve an application, a message, a payment or any other step, it is sent in your name. Read each approval before you say yes.
• Your settings. You choose the safety level, the websites your agents may reach and what runs without asking. You are responsible for those choices.
• Accurate information. Applications and messages use the facts you give Twarita, such as your CV. Keep them true.
• Your device and keys. Keep your computer, server, passwords and your server's vault key safe.

4. Acceptable use

Use Twarita lawfully and for yourself. Don't use it to:

• send spam, or mislead or impersonate anyone;
• reach systems or accounts you aren't allowed to use;
• break the rules of a website or service it acts on;
• harm, harass or collect data about other people without a lawful reason.

5. Other services and websites

• Your AI provider (for example OpenRouter) has its own terms, prices and policies. You agree to them with that provider, and you pay it directly for what you use.
• Job boards and other websites, such as LinkedIn, Naukri or a company's career site, have their own rules, which may limit automated use. You must follow them. Twarita's limits and approvals help, but they don't change those rules.
• We aren't responsible for other services, their availability or what they do with your data.

6. AI output

Scores, summaries, drafts, research and tailored documents are produced by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them or approve sending them. Nothing Twarita produces is legal, financial, career or other professional advice, and we don't promise any result, such as an interview or a job.

7. Names and content

The Twarita name, logo and the content of this website belong to Trezoriq. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.

8. Provided as is

Twarita and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, opportunities or money, arising from your use of Twarita or this website, including actions you approved and the conduct of other services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Twarita, if any.

10. Changes

We may update Twarita and these terms. Changes to the terms are posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Using Twarita after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
