Reporting a problem
To help us fix it quickly, please include:
- The version you installed (it's in the installer's name, such as
Twarita-Setup-0.0.1.exe) and your system (for example Windows 11, or Ubuntu 24.04 on a server). - What you did, what you expected and what happened instead, with the exact message you saw.
- A screenshot, if it helps.
- If Twarita won't start on Windows, the log file
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Twarita\logs\desktop-engine.log. Look through it first and remove anything personal.
Never send passwords, API keys or your server's vault_key. We will never ask for them.
Reporting a security issue
Email [email protected] with "Twarita security" in the subject. Please don't post it publicly until we've had a chance to fix it. Tell us what you found, how to reproduce it and which version you used.
